SPARKLING STRAWBERRY, WATERMELON AND MINT JUICE

Fresh is always better. I am not a fan of store bought juices, They are usually pasteurized, which strips them from their natural nutrients. They are full of processed sugars, and artificial flavor packs. Not a great combo in my opinion.
You still get a lot of natural sugars from drinking homemade juices, but at least the nutrients are intact. If made in a blender, you get all the fibers as well. It's a much better option, and it tastes significantly better.

SPARKLING STRAWBERRY, WATERMELON AND MINT JUICE

Ingredients:

3 cups of watermelon, skin removed, chopped
1 1/2 cup of strawberries, chopped
4 dates, pitted
8 mint leaves
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
2 cups of sparkling water

Preparation:

Put the watermelons, the strawberries, the dates, the mint leaves and the vanilla in a high speed blender.
Blend until smooth.
Transfer to a juice jar, and add the sparkling water.

Enjoy!

This will make 4 large juices
